4. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to use some of our services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account.
5. Account Usage and Abuse
Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts, including but not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit free trials or promotional offers
- Creating accounts to circumvent account restrictions or limitations
- Creating accounts to artificially inflate usage statistics or manipulate our systems
- Creating accounts to evade account suspensions or bans
is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any accounts we determine to be in violation of this policy, without prior notice or liability. We may also take additional actions including but not limited to:
- Permanently banning all associated accounts
- Blocking access to our services from associated IP addresses
- Taking legal action where appropriate

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chariot AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

While Chariot AI generates content for you, it is your responsibility to ensure that the use of this content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws.
9. Service Limitations
Chariot AI provides AI-generated content, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose. Users should review and edit the generated content as necessary.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chariot AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
12. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
